Our pollets are single sheet pamphlets folded to allow six pages of text.

Our first pollet (and first publication) is issue one of The Other Feet, and includes the work of two poets – Sean MacInnes (USA) and Michael Aiken (AUS).

We use the term pollet because we were inspired to adopt the form after encountering the backwoods broadsides chaplets, which are also a single folded sheet (though being printed on legal instead of A4 they accommodate  eight pages of text).

The backwoods broadsides were created and proliferated by US poet Sylvester Pollet, who passed away in 2007. It seemed only appropriate to name a form he popularised (and arguably pioneered) in his memory.
